Io non sono una grandissima fan della Nutella, ma devo dire che in entrambe le versioni mi ha sorpreso....
Today I want to share with you a couple of recipes of very simple sweets. Now it's beginning the season in which we all want to give ourselves some special treatment... I hope Nutella will do!
I'm not such a Nutella-addicted but I have to admit it has surprised me in both cases.
NUTELLA & HAZELNUTS BROWNIES
(per 8-10 dolci delle dimensioni di 1 muffin)
Incorporare 2 uova a 225 g di Nutella in modo che l'impasto sia liscio.
Aggiungere 140 g di farina, mescolare bene e riempire i pirottini per circa 2/3.
Decorare con nocciole tritate grossolanamente e infornare per circa 15 minuti a 180°. Attenzione: estrarre dal forno quando sono ancora umidi!
(for 8-10 muffin-size sweets)
Work together 2 entire eggs with 225 g of Nutella until it is smooth.
Add 140 g of white flour, stir well and fill the muffin cases for 2/3.
Decorate with some chopped hazelnuts and put them in the hot oven (180°) for about 15 minutes.
Attention! You have to extract them from the oven when they're still moist!

NUTELLA LITTLE CAKES
(Per circa 10 tortine diametro 10 cm)
Stendere la pasta frolla e tagliare con un bicchiere la forma rotonda. Imburrare lo stampo dei muffin e inserire i dischi in ciascun posto, sollevando i bordi. Bucherellare con la forchetta il fondo e ricoprire con un disco di carta da forno e fagioli secchi/riso.
Cuocere circa 10-12 minuti, estrarre carta e fagioli e lasciare in forno ancora 3 minuti.
Una volta raffreddate riempire con la Nutella usando una sac-a-poche. Decorare con nocciole intere.
(for approx. 10 10-cm-diameter cakes)
Put the pastry (buy it already prepared) in your desk and cut 10 round shapes using a glass. Put the circles inside the muffin pan and lift the external part. Make some little holes in the bottom of each by using a fork, then cover them with a circle of oven-paper and some beans or rice in order not to make them rise when cooking.
Cook the cakes for about 10-12 minutes, remove paper and beans and put them again in the oven for other 3 minutes.
When cold, fill them with Nutella using a sac-a-poche and decorate with entire hazelnuts.
