Fashion-victim witches

Lo so che devo ancora terminare il mio giro nella Milano liberty (vi avevo promesso una visita all'acquario, no?) ma credo che mi ci potrò dedicare da domenica in poi.
Perchè? Beh, sabato si sposa la Sorella e quindi questi giorni stanno trascorrendo frenetici fra i progetti di lavoro da sistemare e cercare di concretizzare, i preparativi per il matrimonio (domani vi mostrerò la pochette, gli orecchini e l'anello che mi sono preparata per l'occasione...), una grossa commissione per una nascita e altri piccoli lavoretti qua e là.
Bene, comunque visto che si avvicina anche la data del 31 ottobre, Halloween, e visto che sapete tutti quanto ami festeggiare tutto ciò che viene dal mondo anglosassone, ecco un paio di velocissime streghette. Il modello è sempre Tilda, è una variazione dell'angioletto/principessa che compare sul Tilda's Juleverksted e che ho sfruttato molto.
Queste due streghine gemelline sono un po' fashion victim, chi l'ha detto infatti che le streghe debbano essere per forza tutte vecchie e brutte? Ecco, loro si sono agghindate per la sera di Halloween con un abito lungo arancione con stelline nere, un boa di piume di struzzo luccicante e un braccialettino di piccoli cristallini verdi, come le pozioni che cuociono nei loro calderoni.
Ora attendono solo che la festa inizi!

Little twin Halloween witches

I know I have to finish my tour inside the Art Nouveau buildings of Milan (I promised you a visit to the aquarium, didn't I??) but I think I can dedicate myself to this only from sunday.
Why? Well, because on saturday Sister is getting married and I'm rushing through these days in a lot of working projects to complete and try to make concrete, the preparation for the Big Day (tomorrow I'll show you the pochette and jewellery I created for the occasion), a big commission for the birth of a baby girl and some other small jobs.
Well, anyway, considering that October 31st, Halloween, is getting nearer, and as you know I love to celebrate anything that concerns the anglo-saxon world, here you are a couple of little witches. The pattern is a variation form the angel/princess publicated on Tilda's Juleverkested that I love and used so much.
These two twin witches are fashion-victims: who said the witches need to be old and ugly??? They dressed themselves for the halloween night with a long orange dress decorated by little black stars, a long sparkling ostrich scarf and a little bracelet made of green crystals, green as the potions boiling in their cauldrons.
Now they just wait for the party to begin!!
